- WEEKLY 30 minute ONE-TO-ONE Health Coaching Session via Zoom or Skype
How does a Fun-N-Fit Membership work?
- Your Fun-N-Fit workout will be posted the night before, so you have all day to complete it.
- Busy day and can’t get to it? No worries, you will have access for the entire week.
- Fun-N-Fit Workouts will alternate between Upper Body and Lower Body
- Modifications are shown to make your workout MORE or LESS challenging. It’s whatever YOU need it to be.
- Warm Up and Stretching is ALWAYS a part of each workout.
- Fun-N-Fit Workouts are approximately 28 minutes each
- Your Weekly Meal Plan will be emailed to you on Fridays so you have all weekend to shop and prep.
What do I need?
- A set of dumbbells. Most people start with 5 pounds. You can find the adjustable ones I recommend HERE.
- On occasion you will want a sturdy chair, towel or band. If you don’t have an item handy, no problem, I’ll show how to modify.
- Access to wifi.
- An email address so that you can receive the Weekly Meal Plans.
- A Facebook account if you want to access the Private Fun-N-Fit Facebook Group.
