Because of the healthy meal plans that are also designed to help balance your macros, it is extremely common for participants to lose weight, ranging from a minimum of 2-6 pounds within 21 days. The Challenge itself is intended to aid in eating healthier, making wiser choices, and understanding what your body needs for nourishment. You can gain positive results without losing weight. However, results are not guaranteed and everyone's results are different.

CAN I TAKE THE CHALLENGE ON MY OWN TIME?

Yes! The program is set up to be completed in 21 days, it can definitely be done at your own pace. You will receive all of the emails, meal plans, and bonus material available to you and there is no time limit. Once you purchase, it's yours to keep for the entirety of the course.

We don't currently offer custom meal plans, though most of the ingredients in the recipes are very easily substituted. We can offer suggestions with recipe substitutions, such as gluten-free and nut-free.
