Are you tired of spending hours commuting to the gym and back, only to find yourself waiting for machines and equipment?

Our virtual workouts offer the perfect solution for getting fit and staying healthy without leaving your home.


With twice-weekly sessions, you’ll get the guidance and support you need to achieve your fitness goals, whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been working out for years.


Each week includes 2 LIVE workouts in the safety and privacy of your own home. We meet via Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays from 5 – 5:45 p.m. CT each week.


Don’t worry if you can’t make it to the live sessions, you’ll have access to the recordings so you can do the workout at your convenience.


Cindy will guide you through each workout, providing modifications and personalized tips to ensure you get the most out of every session. Our workouts will help you mix up your routine and keep things interesting.


And the best part? You’ll save time and money by eliminating the need for a gym membership, expensive equipment, or personal trainers. Plus, you’ll have the convenience of working out from your living room, no matter the weather or time of day.

    Beginner to intermediate fitness levels: Our workouts are designed to be appropriate for beginners to intermediate fitness levels. We’ll challenge you, but not overwhelm you, so you can see results without feeling discouraged.
