If the thought of working out seems daunting, but you want the results (hello, little black dress), don’t be deterred from sweating it out!
There are some things to think about when you’re easing back into a workout routine whether you’ve been taking a break for the past couple of weeks, months, or even years. Cindy is a certified personal trainer and instructor, so she knows what’s up when it comes to getting a good workout and avoiding injury.
You can enjoy 1 month of Zoom Strength Workouts. Each week includes 2 LIVE workouts in the safety and privacy of your own home. We meet via Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays from 5 – 5:45 p.m. CT each week. Can’t make it to the LIVE class? No problem! A recording of the workout will be emailed to you so you can workout at your convenience.
The classes are $5 each and 45 minutes long and include a cardio warm-up, strength training exercises, and a fantastic stretch session at the end. All activities can be modified to suit your needs.
The only equipment you need is a set of weights. We will use other items on occasion, however, they aren’t necessary.
If you want to workout at home, but need a little push to get it done, this is your class!
