Here’s what you can expect from me:
I have been speaking publicly for more than a decade and have keynoted numerous events. I have also appeared on FOX and been on local radio shows.
I have spent most of my career in the fitness industry, and currently own Functional Fitness, a provider of common sense training for both private and corporate clients.
I also devote my time to writing, coaching, and speaking.
My latest book, Small Bites, Big Results: A Common Sense Guide To Weight Loss is currently for sale on Amazon.
I have been happily married to my husband, Shane for twenty-six years. We have three rescue cats each with their own unique cattitude. We live outside of Kansas City, Missouri. Our goals are to run (that’s a relative term) a half marathon in all fifty states, drag race and watch a baseball game everywhere we can!
