Ingredients
2kiwi, peeled and diced
2peaches, pitted and diced
1apple, cored and diced
1 cupblueberries
1cupwatermelon, diced
1/2cupgrapes, diced
1/2cupstrawberries, diced
1Anaheim or jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
2tbspmarmalade
1tbspcilantro or mint, chopped
2green onions, chopped
8 ozdairy free cream cheese
Instructions
Add all fruits and vegetables into a large serving bowl. Stir in marmalade until mixed in. Toss with herbs.
Spoon over cream cheese and serve with Cinnamon Crisp Chips.
