Creamy Fruit Salsa

This creamy fruit salsa is a crowd pleaser at get-togethers, potlucks and parties! Best of all its quick and easy to make and a full of healthy flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 2 peaches, pitted and diced
  • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup watermelon, diced
  • 1/2 cup grapes, diced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 Anaheim or jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp marmalade
  • 1 tbsp cilantro or mint, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 8 oz dairy free cream cheese

Instructions

  • Add all fruits and vegetables into a large serving bowl. Stir in marmalade until mixed in. Toss with herbs.
  • Spoon over cream cheese and serve with Cinnamon Crisp Chips.
