  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp dried fruit
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp add ins
  • 1 scoop plant based protein powder optional
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
