Mexican Chocolate Dairy Free Pots de Creme
Mexican Chocolate Dairy Free Pots de Creme are rich, velvety, and so simple to make! This chocolate custard is dairy free and vegan, but no one will know its a healthy dessert!

Servings 8 - 1/4 cup servings
- 1 can full fat coconut milk 15 ounce
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground chipotle
- pinch salt
In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into 4 ramekins and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Serve chilled, garnish with shaved chocolate, coconut whip cream or nuts, if desired. Enjoy!
