Mexican Chocolate Dairy Free Pots de Creme are rich, velvety, and so simple to make! This chocolate custard is dairy free and vegan, but no one will know its a healthy dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk 15 ounce
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground chipotle
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into 4 ramekins and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  • Serve chilled, garnish with shaved chocolate, coconut whip cream or nuts, if desired. Enjoy!
