How to make grapefruit juice with a juicer

  • Peel the grapefruit and remove pith.
  • Chop into smaller pieces to fit your juicer chute. 
  • Feed the pieces through juicer.

How to make grapefruit juice with a blender

  • Remove the peel, pith, and seeds.
  • Chop the grapefruit into smaller pieces.
  • Place grapefruit into a high-powered blender and blend for 45-60 seconds until well blended. 
  • Pour through a strainer or a nut milk bag and into a cup to remove the pulp. 

How to make grapefruit juice without a juicer

  • Slice the grapefruits in half.
  • Place one half on the citrus juicer, cut side down. Firmly press and twist the grapefruit to extract the juice.  
  • Repeat with the other half.
  • Strain if you do not want pulp.
