Ingredients

Dairy Free Bionico Sweet Cream Sauce

Mexican Fruit Salad

  • 1 cup watermelon, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup papaya, cut into chunks
  • 1 small mango, diced
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 2 small oranges, segmented and chopped

Optional Toppings

  • granola
  • shredded coconut
  • nuts - almonds, pecans, walnuts
  • dried fruit - cherries, raisins, craisins
  • seeds - chia, flax, hemp

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together non-dairy yogurt, sweetened condensed coconut milk, and vanilla.
  • In a large bowl, add cut fruit and gently toss to combine.
  • Evenly divide the fruit into 4 small bowls, drizzle with the dairy-free dressing and garnish with your desired toppings.
