Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice) unsweetened
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 drop peppermint oil - therapeutic internal use ONLY or use 1/2 tsp peppermint extract

Instructions

  • In a blender add all of the ingredients and blend until well combined and frothy.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with a coconut whipped topping and crushed candy canes, if desired.
