- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp maple syrup optional
In a small jar or bowl, combine the milk, seeds, vanilla and maple syrup (if using).
Stir, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve topped with fruit, nuts, or unsweetened flaked coconut (optional).
