Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any plant based milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice I used maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or small bowl and stir with a spoon to combine.
  • Gently press the oats down with a spoon and make sure they are immersed in the milk.
  • Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days. Keep in mind the longer they set in the refrigerator the softer they will become.
  • Garnish with fruit, granola, nuts or enjoy plain.
