Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 Tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1/8 tsp organic stevia or 2-3 Tbsp granulated stevia
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate. Best when used immediately, but it will stay fresh for up to 3 days.
