Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves or 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 1 drop peppermint extract or therapeutic grade essential oil or 3 or 4 mint leaves

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
