In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, sugar, ginger and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add carrots, mushrooms, onions, broccoli and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in pasta and sauce mixture. Gently toss to combine and cook until heated through. Enjoy!
