Wacky Chocolate Mug Cake

This Wacky Chocolate Mug Cake is rich, fudgy, and super easy to make. This mug cake is whisked together in a mug and microwaved for the easiest cake you will ever make. It takes 5 minutes from start to finish and with no eggs, no milk and no butter it is naturally vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 3/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp water

Instructions

  • In a large mug, stir together the dry ingredients.
  • Add wet ingredients and mix well.
  • Microwave on 50% power for approximately 3 minutes. If your microwave doesn't have 50% power option, microwave for 1 minute. Enjoy!
