Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup dates pitted
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  • Add the almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and spices to a high speed blender or food processor and process until everything is well combined.
  • Add the dates and continue blending. If your dates are a little dry, allow them to soak for 10 minutes in warm water, then blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
