Ingredients
2cupsalmond milk
1/2cupdatespitted
1/4 cupcanned pumpkin puree
1/2tspvanilla extract
1/2tspground cinnamon
1/4tspground nutmeg
1/4 tspground ginger
1/8tspground cloves
Instructions
Add the almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and spices to a high speed blender or food processor and process until everything is well combined.
Add the dates and continue blending. If your dates are a little dry, allow them to soak for 10 minutes in warm water, then blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Transfer the creamer to an airtight container. Store in refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before using.
