Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp ground cumin 2 1/2 Tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp ground coriander 3 1/2 Tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp ground fenugreek 1 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Hot Curry Powder

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
