Ingredients
1 pineapple- cut into 1 inch chunks
1miniwatermelon - cut into 1 inch chunks or balls
1papaya - cut into 1 inch chunks
1mango - cut into small pieces
2oranges - segmented and cut into small pieces
1bunchgrapes - destemmed and cut in half
2limes - squeezed
1handfulmint or cilantro
1tspchili powder or Taco Seasoning
Optional
1-2Tbsporange juice or liquid sweetener
Instructions
Prepare the fruit using a sharp knife and a cutting board, cut the fruit into bite sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
Squeeze the juice of one or two limes over the fruit salad and sprinkle chili powder over the top of the fruit salad.
Gently toss to combine. Chill or serve immediately. Enjoy!
