Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple- cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 mini watermelon - cut into 1 inch chunks or balls
  • 1 papaya - cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 mango - cut into small pieces
  • 2 oranges - segmented and cut into small pieces
  • 1 bunch grapes - destemmed and cut in half
  • 2 limes - squeezed
  • 1 handful mint or cilantro
  • 1 tsp chili powder or Taco Seasoning

Optional

  • 1-2 Tbsp orange juice or liquid sweetener

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruit using a sharp knife and a cutting board, cut the fruit into bite sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  • Squeeze the juice of one or two limes over the fruit salad and sprinkle chili powder over the top of the fruit salad. 
  • Gently toss to combine. Chill or serve immediately. Enjoy!
