Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup soy milk, plain and unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Optional

  • 1/4 tsp sugar or brown rice syrup
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, or black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients in a mason jar or container.

  • Using an immersion blender, blend for 30 seconds.

  • Cover with lid and refrigerate.

Blender instructions

  • Place the ingredients in the blender and blend for 30 seconds. 
  • Scrape the sides and blend for 30 more seconds. 
  • Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
