Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp Vegan mayo
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp sugar *Note 1
  • 2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  • Transfer the dressing to a mason jar or container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Shake well before each use. It will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week.
