1 avocado, ripe 3/4 cup dark vegan chocolate chips 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 pinch salt 1/3 cup cocoa powder
Get Recipe Ingredients
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second increments.
In a food processor or high-speed blender, process the avocado until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate into mashed avocado and pulse together.
Add vanilla and salt. Pulse until well combined.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Scoop chilled and hardened truffle mixture with a melon baller, small cookie scoop, or spoon. Roll into balls between your hands until smooth.
Roll the chocolate balls in cocoa powder and serve
