Ingredients

  • 4 cups salad greens, chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mandarin orange slices
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, chunks
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped *Note 1
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free poppyseed dressing
