Cinnamon Tortilla Chips are crispy, sugary, flaky and oh, so good!

They are a quick and easy snack to make. Seriously, it takes a little over 5 minutes to have a sugary treat.

During the holidays, when my mom used to make pies, she would trim the edges and sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar. I could barely wait to let them cool before I would eat the trimmings. For me, they were better than the pie itself.  These Cinnamon Tortilla Chips remind me of those trimmings.

Okay, mouth watering now, so lets get to it!

Chip Tips –

Thump the middle of the tortilla and listen for a dull thumping sound in order to check for crispness. If it doesn’t make a sound it needs to bake a little longer.

I love dipping these chips into my Creamy Fruit Salsa!

It’s an amazing combo and a crowd pleaser! Here’s the recipe – Creamy Fruit Salsa.
