How to Make
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make this vegan banana recipes dessert wrap:
Step 1: Cut
Lay the tortilla flat and make a single cut from the center to the edge.
Step 2: Add Fillings
Place your desired fillings into each quarter.
Step 3: Fold
Start with the quarter where the cut is. Fold this section up over the next quarter. Then, fold that half over the next section, and finally, fold the last section over to create a layered triangle. You will be folding counterclockwise to form a pocket.
Step 4: Heat
For best results, lightly toast the wrap in a nonstick pan for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown. You could also place the folded wrap in a sandwich press until it’s golden brown and crispy on the outside. If using a skillet, press the wrap down with a spatula, then flip and toast the other side.
