  • Always warm your tortilla before filling—it makes it more flexible and less likely to tear. A few seconds on each side in a dry skillet over medium heat is all it takes to get that soft, pliable texture and golden brown color.
  • Start with a thin layer of spread (like hummus or vegan sour cream) to help hold everything together. Then layer your fillings evenly and avoid overstuffing—this keeps the wrap from bursting and makes it easier to roll and eat.
