People have asked me if chia seeds will help them lose weight. Well, I can’t say positively, but I can tell you they are packed with fiber. Two tablespoons of chia seeds have almost 10 grams! So, they might help prevent overeating and studies show diets high in fiber have been linked to weight loss.

Oh this is an excellent snack that will be a healthy choice comparing to some different, sweet products! My hubby made one for us just few days ago and I loved it. We had chia with coconut milk and mandarines. Awesome. I would like to try your version yet I have to skip on almond milk since I am almond-intolerant.
Coconut milk works just fine. Mandarins sound like a great addition. Yum!
I’ve never had a chia seed anything. Now that I am trying to eat healthier I am really interested in things like this. Thanks for Sharing, I am going to pin for later use.
Since I am constantly looking for new things to try, this may be a contender! Coconut milk may be an alternative for me as well!
I have been meaning to try chia pudding for awhile now. I love how simple and delicious this recipe looks. Can’t wait to try it! I also love that it stays good in the fridge for multiple days!
I can’t wait to try it Cindy, it looks and sounds delicious. It’s good to know that the you can use coconut milk as an alternative. We happen to have some in the fridge right now
I was so glad to see this post! Chia pudding is my every other day breakfast! And I love it so much! Because my mornings are super stressful, I don’t have breakfast at home – I usually prepare something to eat while I’m on my train trip to work or school and what I do is either overnight oats or chia pudding! I do it just like you except I skip the maple syrup 🙂
It’s so easy and convenient, right?!
I love using chia seeds in the kitchen, they are so versatile and healthy! Chia puddings are ideal for breakfast, and can be made in advance, which is such a great time saver!
I think my favorite part about this recipe (aside from how delicious it looks!) is that you can keep it in the fridge for a week. There’s nothing as great as a make ahead dessert!
Exactly!
ooh I’ve been eating Chai seeds for a few months now and love how filling they are. I’ve been using overnight oats and coconut yogurt to soak them in, then in the morning I just top up with some chopped fruit.
Sounds delish!
The chia seed pudding sounds so delicious and healthy, I like the way you have presented it. It would be great for a fast and easy dessert, will try this recipe.
I have not tried make anything with Chia seeds, but this recipe looks yummy and easy to make. Thanks!
I have never had a chia seed pudding before. I do know however about the benefits of the chia seeds and how healthy they are for the body. And that’s a lot of fibre in only 2 tablespoons of seeds!
They are packed with goodness!
I’ve always wanted to try this but never have. I love chia seeds and use them often. I’ll have to try this recipe!
Haha, ohhh the chia seeds in the teeth. That’s kind of the best part about eating them, right? Love chia pudding, such a great little snack! 🙂
Oh this sounds great! I love how simple it is and how little incredients there – Also such a bonus that it can be kept for up to five days, this would be perfect when in a rush in the mornings!
It’s so convenient!
This would be good for my husband but we would have to replace the maple syrup with Stevia. Too much sugar for the diabetic.
You can absolutely swap it for stevia.
I never had chia pudding before! i feel like i really need to try as i always see people talking about it! this recipe could be a great start!
It’s so easy!
I absolutely love chia seeds. I want to like yogurt but the texture is so off for me. hopefully using chia seeds will fix that!
I like to add berries, granola or nuts to give a little crunch.
I love that you can make this ahead of time!
I need to know, do the chia seeds actually taste good?! I had a roommate in college that ate them frequently but she was a vegan so I don’t know if she was just eating them for the heath part of it or if they actually taste good or if they only taste good if you add something to the top, like something sweet.
I don’t think they have much taste at all, they simply absorb liquid and thicken the recipe.
I’ve never had Chia Seed Pudding before. I know chia seeds are really good for you (I put the in my smoothies sometimes). This is such an easy recipe and it’s good that it can easily be altered to fit various diets.
Thanks! I think you will really enjoy the Chia Seed Pudding, especially if you are already using them in your smoothies. Enjoy!
Wow! That looks so nutritious and quick to do. I am excited to do this and taste it. Maybe the kids will love this too.
This Easy Chia Seed Pudding looks so refreshing and really tasty. I really love to try new recipes like this. I will pin this out.

Thanks! It’s SO easy!
Chia seeds are like one of the easiest superfood to eat. But I thought it looks like basil seeds too… Wonder if there’s a lot of difference between those 2! Making it into pudding will be a great way to get kids to have them~
This Easy Chia Seed Pudding looks really delightful and perfect for my bunch. I will absolutely try to make this.
Thanks!
This sounds so delicious, I bet this would be great for breakfast. I may have to try this out one day.
