  • Wash the Dragon Fruit – Rinse the fruit under cold water to remove any debris from its outer skin.
  • Cut the Ends – Place on a cutting board and slice the ends off.
  • Cut in Half – Using a sharp knife, slice the fruit lengthwise. 
  • Scoop the Flesh –Use a spoon or melon baller to scoop the flesh away from the thick skin. If ripe enough, you could peel the skin away from the flesh.
