How to Make This Coffee Chocolate Yogurt Recipe

Step 1: Stir the Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the instant espresso, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 2: Add the Yogurt

Stir in the vegan yogurt until everything’s well combined.

💡 Mocha version idea: Add a few chocolate chips or blend it with an ice cube and a splash of plant milk to turn it into a quick coffee smoothie.

Health Benefits

This mocha coffee yogurt isn’t just tasty—it’s packed with goodness!

  • Does yogurt help with acid reflux? For some people, dairy can actually trigger reflux, especially if they’re sensitive to lactose or high-fat dairy products. Plant-based yogurt is often easier on the stomach because it is lower in fat. Choose plain or lightly sweetened yogurt for the best results. Avoid high-fat or very sweet yogurt because those can make reflux worse.
  • Dairy-free Greek yogurt adds protein and probiotics.
  • Cocoa powder brings antioxidants.
  • Coffee offers a gentle energy boost.

It’s a delicious way to nourish your body and enjoy your morning caffeine fix!

How To Store
