Pumpkin Spice Creamer Dairy Free
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup dates pitted
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Add the almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and spices to a high speed blender or food processor and process until everything is well combined.
- Add the dates and continue blending. If your dates are a little dry, allow them to soak for 10 minutes in warm water, then blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the creamer to an airtight container. Store in refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before using.
