These 5 Nice Cream Recipes are so easy and fun to create that you will be experimenting with your own fun flavors in no time! The base to the Nice Creams are bananas, but you can experiment with other fruits. Â You can try peach nice cream, strawberry nice cream, raspberry, blueberry, you’re only limited by your imagination.
TIP: Make sure your bananas are ripe when you freeze them!

Banana Nice Cream
 Ingredients for Banana
2 frozen bananas
Directions for Banana
Peel 2 bananas, slice, and freeze.
2. Blend 2 frozen bananas until they resemble soft serve ice cream. It might take several minutes depending on your blender.
3. Top with nuts, coconut whipped topping, chocolate syrup, fruit, etc.
Makes a nice generous portion. It’s around 200 calories without any toppings.
That’s it! Â Easy breezy! Â You can add this to your morning oats, have it as an afternoon snack or dessert. Â Best of all its good for you, so no beating yourself up for eating ice cream.

Chocolate Nice Cream

 Ingredients for Chocolate
2 frozen bananas
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Directions for Chocolate
Add all ingredients.
Blend, scraping down the sides until it resembles soft serve.
Top with nuts, coconut whipped topping, fruit, chocolate chips, etc.
Tip: Try adding a pinch of instant coffee for a mocha nice cream!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream
Ingredients for Chocolate Peanut Butter                 Â
2 frozen bananas
2 Tbsp peanut butter (natural)
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Directions for Chocolate Peanut Butter
 Add all ingredients.
Blend, scraping down sides until it resembles soft serve ice cream.
Top with peanuts or chocolate chips.
Tip: Â Try Peanut Butter Nice Cream by leaving out the cocoa! See the picture above.
Pina Colada Nice Cream
Ingredients for Pina Colada       Â
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup pineapple
1/4 cup coconut milk, canned (I suggest full fat to get the texture of ice cream)
Directions for Pina Colada
Blend banana until it resembles soft serve ice cream.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until just combined.
Top with unsweetened coconut, nuts, or coconut whipped topping.
Pumpkin Spice Nice Cream
Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup pure pumpkin
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions for Pumpkin Spice
Blend the frozen bananas until they resemble soft serve ice cream.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until just combined.
Top with nuts or coconut whipped topping.
