Killer Arm Workout

Are you working out, eating healthy, and still not seeing the results you want?

If you answered “yes”, you probably need to incorporate strength training into your workouts. Cardio is great, but if you are eating less calories (dieting) and performing cardio then you are probably burning muscle. You want MUSCLE!  It increases your metabolism and will help you burn more calories.  Check out this video for Killer Arms and increase your muscle!  Try 10 repetitions; 3 sets; of all 4 exercises or until you fatigue the muscle.  Remember to share some pics of your sculpted guns!

If you are already strength training check out this link and see how many calories your workout is really burning. You might be overestimating the burn.

Remember, we can’t out run our fork!  Keep your calories in check, eat as clean as possible, perform both cardio and strength training workouts, get plenty of sleep and you will be on your way to a healthier weight.
