These Avocado Fudgesicles are SO EASY to make!
I discovered them when I was making Chocolate Avocado Pudding. I simply added more almond milk and voila! FUDGESICLES! They are creamy, dreamy, rich and delish!
These are a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without eating chemical crud and without breaking your calorie budget, so you can feel good about enjoying them.
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 2/3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon or instant coffee
Add pitted and peeled avocados and all other ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze and enjoy!
