How to Make Air Fryer Keto Tortilla Chips (Step-by-Step)

Here’s how to make this simple low-carb snack:

Step 1: Make the Dough

Step 2: Roll It Out

Step 3: Cut Into Chips

Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to slice the dough into triangles. Think classic chip shape. Keep them in a single layer to ensure even cooking.

Step 4: Bake or Air Fry

Lay the chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment or place them in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive or avocado oil and bake at 350°F for 8–12 minutes or air fry at 330°F for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Pro Tip

  • Let the first batch cool on a wire rack before deciding if you want the second batch crispier. The chips continue to crisp as they cool to room temperature.
  • The chips might need more or less cooking time depending on the size and thickness.
