Do you love Spring Rolls as much as I do? I think they are almost the perfect light meal. You can eat them with your hands, dip or not, and they are healthy. Perfect!

But what kind of dipping sauce goes with Spring Rolls?
Well, I personally love a good peanut sauce. This Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce is delicious and incredibly easy to make.

Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar can sub another vinegar if necessary
- 2 tbsp amino acids can sub soy sauce if necessary
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic
- dash hot sauce to taste
- pinch red pepper flakes to taste
- water
Instructions
- Place 1/4 cup warm water in bottom of a high speed blender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Add more warm water, if necessary until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!

Have you tried to sub peanut butter for almond butter? I don’t like peanut butter but I also don’t want to make a crappy version of your recipe by subbing out pb..
I haven’t tried almond butter in the recipe, but I think it would be an easy swap. Let me know if you try it.
