I used to love ranch dressing, and the thicker, the better! Who’s with me?

When I weighed nearly 300 lbs, I would use Hidden Valley Ranch dressing and think I was eating healthy because I was eating it on a salad or dipping veggies. Little did I know then that two tablespoons had 140 calories and 14 grams of fat!

Now that I Intentionally Eat, I decided to make my own homemade ranch seasoning mix and make it as healthy as possible. Obviously, I eliminated the MSG, but I also eliminated the dairy and soy. I cut back on the sodium; if you want to cut back on the sodium content, you could completely eliminate the added salt.
