Halloween Vegetarian Charcuterie Board
- Make both dips and refrigerate while chopping fruits and vegetables.
- Place candy corn cookie cutters on round charcuterie board for jack o'lantern eyes.
- Cut peppers into strips and carrots into sticks. Peel and cut papaya into strips. Peel and section mandarin oranges.
- Begin assembling the savory side of the jack o'lantern by making stripes of bell peppers vertically down the charcuterie board. Next place carrots. Next place Veggie Straws.
- Create the mouth by adding black olives to the savory sides and blackberries to the sweet side.
- Begin assembling the sweet side by making stripes of papaya and mandarin oranges.
- Add vegan black bean dip and vegan fruit dip to the appropriate candy corn cookie cutters for the eyes.
- Add a sliced black olive to each eye. Add the top of a cucumber for the stem of your jack o'lantern.
- Optional – add a blackberry for a nose.
- Serve and enjoy!
- Slice the cucumber top in half and place it cut-side down to prevent rolling.
